Jersey Alerts provides the event page, secure order record and QR-ticket system. The listed organizer produces the event and is responsible for venue access, event delivery and its published refund policy.
Before you buy
Review the event date, time, venue, age guidance, accessibility information, ticket type, quantity and organizer refund policy. Contact the organizer before purchase if an event-specific detail is unclear. A ticket purchase is complete only after Stripe confirms payment.
Prices, fees and receipts
The event page and Stripe checkout show the amount charged before payment. Jersey Alerts deducts a 8.00% platform fee from organizer ticket proceeds; this fee is not added as an undisclosed charge after checkout begins. Stripe sends or supports the payment receipt, and Jersey Alerts emails the private QR-ticket link after confirmed payment.
QR tickets and admission
Each paid ticket has a unique signed admission credential. A valid ticket can be accepted once. Protect the ticket link and QR code from public posting or unauthorized sharing. A duplicate, refunded, void or altered code may be refused.
Refunds, cancellations and changes
The organizer’s published policy governs voluntary refunds and explains event cancellation or postponement remedies. The organizer is responsible for operating the event and honoring that policy. Jersey Alerts may help identify the payment record, pause sales or update ticket status, but does not independently control the event or venue.
Payment security
Card and bank details are collected by Stripe, not ordinary Jersey Alerts forms. Jersey Alerts stores the order, ticket, inventory and check-in records required to operate the marketplace. Payment or ticket access may be blocked or reversed when a transaction is refunded, disputed, fraudulent or unauthorized.
Event conduct
Buyers must follow lawful venue and organizer rules and may not interfere with check-in, copy or sell unauthorized credentials, or use a ticket obtained through fraud. Admission remains subject to the event’s disclosed rules and applicable law.
