Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on Jersey Alerts infringes your copyright, send a written notice to admin@jerseyalerts.com with the information below.

Your Notice Should Include

• Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
• The exact URL or location of the material on Jersey Alerts.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address with your contact information, the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, consent to jurisdiction where required by law, and your signature.

Repeat Infringers

Jersey Alerts may terminate or restrict accounts that repeatedly submit infringing material.
