A crash was reported around 11:15 p.m. Thursday on Communipaw Avenue near West Side Avenue in Jersey City.
Photos and video from the scene show firefighters, police and a tow truck responding. One SUV appeared to have sustained heavy damage.
It was not immediately clear how many vehicles were involved or whether anyone was injured. Drivers in the area should expect possible delays and use caution.
