Mark Malinosky, 60, of Tucson, Arizona, pleaded guilty to second-degree theft, second-degree computer theft, and second-degree financial facilitation of criminal activity.

Key details

Malinosky worked for M Eagle Tools Warehouse in Newark from September 2018 until April 2024, overseeing accounting and payroll functions.

He was fired after the company discovered that he had used a credit card belonging to a retired company owner to pay college tuition for his daughters in Arizona.
